The E6 Protocol

The SCBRM lab has discovered the simplest and fastest protocol for differentiating human pluripotent stem cells into a pure neural stem culture using xeno-free and clinically translatable methods and reagents. This discovery moves medicine one-step closer to affordable clinical implantation of regenerative therapies for the central nervous system. It is currently being patented by the Wisconsin Research Alumni Foundation (WARF). For more information, check out our Stem Cells publication.
